The Public Permit Portal will enable you to remotely submit permit applications and electronic plans, pay fees, track progress, complete permit issuance, schedule and receive inspection results, and more, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The City invites you to register and utilize the Public Permit Portal powered by the POSSE Land Management System (LMS). Begin streamlining your development projects without visiting City Hall, waiting in lines for service, or printing paper plans, saving you time and money.

Submittal of complex applications should be coordinated with a Case Planner. If you are unsure about which Planning Application type is needed for your project, please contact us.
