As-Built Data Research Request

This form is used to request as-built drawings of existing water facilities in the vicinity of a project. Please email the completed form along with an exhibit outlining the area in question to waterdevelopment@riversideca.gov. Fire Flow Test Request

This form is used to request fire flow availability at public fire hydrants. When submitting a request, please complete the form and include location exhibit identifying the fire hydrants to be tested. Please email the completed form to waterdevelopment@riversideca.gov. Will Serve Letter Request

This form is used to request a will-serve-letter in order to verify water service availability within RPU’s water service territory. Please email the completed form to waterdevelopment@riversideca.gov. You may also contact Water Development Staff at (951) 826-5285 if you have any questions.

You may also verify your water purveyor here.

If your purveyor is Easter Municipal Water District, you can request a will-serve-letter here.

If your purveyor is Western Municipal Water District, you can request a will-serve-letter here.

Water Service and Billing Application

This form is used to obtain a new water service or upgrade an existing water service. This form indicates the project location, customer contact information, and billing information for the new accounts.

Please note: for tract developments, please submit one form for the entire tract.

Plan Check Application

This application is used when plan checking services are required by RPU for proposed water infrastructure improvements. Please submit the completed application along with the required plan check deposit and the following plans to our offices located at 3750 University Ave, 3rd Floor.

  • Two copies of the water improvement plan
  • One copy of the street improvement plan, if applicable
  • One copy of the grading plan, if applicable
  • One copy of the storm drain plan, if applicable
  • One copy of the sewer plan, if applicable
  • Two copies of the Tract Phasing Map (including lot numbers and street names), if applicable
  • One copy of the Soil Report, if applicable
